摘要
TKY管节点焊缝为不规则椭圆形,这就导致了探头在不同位置扫查时声能量有不同的损失。本文分析了超声波检测TKY管节点焊缝声能损失的原因,并提出了详细的耦合补偿测定方法。
The weld of TKY tubular joint is irregular ellipse,it leads to the different loss of acoustic energy when the probe is scanning at different positions.In this paper,the cause of sound energy loss of TKY pipe joint is analyzed,and a detailed coupling compensation method is proposed.
