摘要
中国茶树种质资源繁多,品质差异性大,为评鉴不同大树茶品质组分的差异性,试验以习水大树茶资源为原料,分别测定大树茶的6个品质指标(水分、游离氨基酸、茶多酚、咖啡碱、表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯、儿茶素含量)进行差异性分析,应用相关性分析、主成分分析、逐步回归分析方法建立大树茶叶综合评价模型,探究模型拟合度以及回归模型显著性,通过K-means聚类分析法对20份大树茶单株品质组分多样性进行分析。所建模型可应用于实际大树茶加工适宜性评价,为探索大树茶资源价值提供参考和理论支撑。
There are many varieties of tea tree resources and tea tree’s quality in China.The difference of tea components according to its free amino acid,tea polyphenols,caffeine,Epigallocatechin gallate and catechin from Xishui Dashu tea was evaluated.The correlation analysis,principal component analysis and stepwise regression analysis were used to establish a regression model of comprehensive evaluation index of Dashu tea.The biochemical composition diversity of 20 Dashu tea plants was analyzed by K-means cluster analysis.The model can be applied to the evaluation of the suitability of actual Dashu tea processing and providing reference or theoretical support for exploring the value of Dashu tea resources.
