摘要
通过比较3种大孔树脂对莱鲍迪苷A的吸附和解吸性能,筛选出吸附性能最佳树脂,并考察温度和乙醇体积分数对吸附和解吸过程的影响。结果表明,3种树脂中T-03吸附性能最优,吸附最佳温度40℃,莱鲍迪苷A的最大吸附量为185.4 mg,选择50%乙醇作为洗脱溶剂,解吸率达到94.3%。研究结果可为分离纯化莱鲍迪苷A提供理论依据。
Three types of macroporous resins were compared on their absorption and desorption capacities for rebaudioside A.Optimal macroporous resin was selected,to study its adsorption and desorption conditions.The result indicated that AB-8 had the best absorption and desorption capacities,and the maximum absorption amount could reach 185.4 mg under the condition of 40℃.Desorption rate of rebaudioside A reached 94.3%with 50%ethanol as the elution solvent.A theoretical basis for the separation and purification of rebaudioside A was provided.
