观察全视野数字化乳腺X线摄影在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值

Observation of the Application Value of Full-field Digital Mammography in the Diagnosis of Breast Cancer

目的:观察全视野数字化乳腺X线摄影用于乳腺癌诊断中的临床价值。方法:以2017年4月-2019年7月为观察时段,选入此时段内我院接纳的50例乳腺癌患者,所有患者均接受全视野数字化乳腺X线摄影及超声检查。结果:乳腺X线摄影诊断符合率明显更高(P<0.05),漏诊率、误诊率明显更低(P<0.05)。结论:在乳腺癌诊断中给予患者全视野数字化乳腺X摄影有较高诊断符合率,不过在隐匿性乳腺癌诊断中依然存在一定漏诊风险。

Objective:To observe the clinical value of full-field digital mammography in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods:Taking 2017.4-2019.7 as the observation period,50 breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital in this period were selected.All patients received full-field digital mammography and ultrasound examination.Results:The diagnostic coincidence rate of mammography was significantly higher(P<0.05),the missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of breast cancer,patients with full-field digital mammography have a higher diagnostic coincidence rate.However,there is still a certain risk of missed diagnosis in the diagnosis of occult breast cancer.
