多层螺旋CT在肺小结节及早期肺癌中的诊断价值分析

Multi-slice Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Pulmonary Nodules and Early Lung Cancer

目的:探析多层螺旋CT在肺小结节及早期肺癌中的诊断价值。方法:以我院2018年11月-2019年10月选取的38例肺小结节患者(参照组)与37例早期肺癌患者(实验组)为研究对象,皆开展多层螺旋CT检查;比较多层螺旋CT与病理检查结果及两组多层螺旋CT图像特点。结果:多层螺旋CT、肺小结节、肺癌检出率与病理检查相比,无统计学价值(P>0.05)。实验组多层螺旋CT图像特点与参照组相比,有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:在肺小结节与早期肺癌诊断中多层螺旋CT的实践价值较高,值得临床应用。

Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT in pulmonary nodules and early lung cancer.Methods:The study objects of 38 cases of pulmonary nodules(the reference group)and 37 cases of early lung cancer(the experimental group)selected from November 2018 to October 2019 in our hospital were carried out the multi-slice spiral CT test;the multi-slice spiral CT was compared with the results of pathological examination or the image characteristics of two groupsof multi-slice spiral CT.Results:Compared the multi-slice spiral CT,pulmonary nodules and detection of lung cancer with the pathological examination showed no statistical value(P>0.05).The image characteristics of multi-slice spiral CT in the experimental group were compared with the reference group,which had significantly difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multi-slice spiral CT is high practical value in the diagnosis of pulmonary nodules and early lung cancer,which is also worthy of clinical application.
