摘要
学生院校认同对提高教育质量和提升院校地位具有重要意义。论文基于四川省“双高计划”职业院校调查数据,以组织认同和学习参与理论为分析框架,考察高职学生学习参与对院校认同的影响及其作用机制。研究发现:职业教育“双高计划”院校学生的学习参与和院校认同自评分值处于中等偏上水平;学业参与、师生互动、课余学术时间投入对院校认同具有显著正向影响,课余休闲时间投入则呈现显著负向影响;能力发展在学习参与与院校认同之间具有中介作用——学业参与和师生互动不仅可以直接影响院校认同,也可以通过促进学生的能力发展间接影响院校认同,而课余时间投入只有促进能力发展才能对学生的院校认同产生正向影响,因此指向能力提升的有效学习非常关键。对此,提出强化以“能力发展”为核心的人才培养目标、优化教育教学模式促进学生有效学习参与、合理安排课内外时间提高学生的学习效率等实践建议。
Students’identification with their home institutes is of great significance to improving the quality of education and the status of the institutes.Based on the survey data of vocational colleges in the"Double High Plan"of Sichuan Province,this paper uses organizational identification and learning engagement theory as the analytical framework to investigate the impact of vocational college students’learning engagement on their identification with their colleges and the mechanism behind this impact.The study found that learning engagement and identification with their home institutes possessed by the students from"double-high plan"vocational colleges are in the upper middle level;academic participation,teacher-student interaction,and extracurricular academic time investment have a significant positive impact on college recognition.The investment in leisure time after school shows a significant negative impact;ability development has an intermediary effect between learning engagement and institutional identification:academic participation and teacher-student interaction can not only directly affect the institutional identification,but also indirectly affects students’identification with their colleges through promoting their ability development.However,the investment in spare time can only have a positive impact on student’s identification with their home institutes only through promoting their ability development.Therefore,effective learning directed to the improvement of ability is very important.In this regard,the following suggestions are in order:to strengthen the talent training goal with"ability development"as the core;to optimize the education and teaching mode to promote students’effective learning engagement;and to rationally arrange time inside and outside classes to improve students’learning efficiency.
