Problems and Countermeasures in the Implementation of the Full-course Tutorial System for Undergraduates

本科生全程导师制是为了迎合当前教育改革的需要而实施的一种人才培养模式。虽然该模式有诸多优势,但是目前实施过程中仍存在很多问题。因此,从导师、学生和管理机构的角度分析本科生全程导师制存在的问题及成因,并且提出相应的对策和建议,能够对本科生导师制的有效实施提供思路。

The full-course tutorial system for undergraduates is a talent training mode for meeting the needs of the current educational reform.Although the model has many advantages,there are still certain problems in the process of implementation.This paper analyses the problems and causes of undergraduate tutorial system from the perspectives of tutors,students and management organizations and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures in order to provide some help to the effective implementation of undergraduate tutorial system.
