红土镍矿冶金技术研究现状 被引量:12

摘要 如今世界经济迅猛发展,对金属镍的需求量也在加速增长。人们主要从硫化镍矿和红土镍矿中提炼金属镍。然而硫化镍矿资源因大规模开发而不断减少,未来将主要从红土镍矿中提炼金属镍。因此探究如何更加高效地开发红土镍矿,并加以合理利用,是当今围绕镍资源研究的热点,对实际生产十分重要。简要介绍了开发红土镍矿的意义、红土镍矿的矿物学特性、红土镍矿的资源分布,列举并分析了红土镍矿各种冶炼工艺及其优缺点,综述了有关红土镍矿冶金的新方法,为红土镍矿高附加值综合利用研究提供思路。 With the rapid development of the world economy,the demand for nickel is growing rapidly.Nickel mainly comes from nickel sulfide and laterite.With the decrease of nickel sulfide resources,laterite nickel will become the main source of nickel in the future.Therefore,the research on the efficient development and utilization of laterite nickel ore is a hot spot around the research of nickel resources,which has important practical significance for the actual production and application.This paper briefly introduces the application of nickel,the significance of developing laterite nickel ore,the mineralogical characteristics and resource distribution of laterite nickel ore,and enumerates and analyzes various smelting processes and their advantages and disadvantages.At the same time,the new research methods of laterite nickel ore are reviewed,and the new ideas are put forward for the comprehensive utilization of laterite nickel ore with high added value.
