摘要
在含锑难冶炼金矿碱性浸出脱锑生产工艺中,金伴随浸出进入到锑浸出液是一种普遍现象,造成一定损失。根据碱性硫化物在氧化环境中的不稳定性特点,以及碱性多硫化物对于金、锑的浸出反应级数差等,结合实际生产情况,研究了空气氧化和两段浸出对碱性硫化体系浸锑过程中抑制金浸出的效果。在浸出矿浆中通入4.5L/(L溶液·min)的空气,氧化浸出4h后,锑浸出率63%,金浸出率0.86%。此法虽然降低了金的损失率,却导致锑无法脱除至氰化工艺要求。采用两段浸出法,锑浸出率为89%,金损失率4.2%,相比一段浸出,金损失率降低6个百分点,在保证脱锑率的同时减少了金的损失,取得了一定的效果。
In the alkaline leaching process of antimony removal from refractory gold ores containing antimony,gold concomitant leaching into the antimony leaching solution is a common phenomenon,and causes some losses.According to the instability of alkaline sulfide in the oxidation environment and the difference of reaction order of alkaline polysulfide for gold and antimony,the effect of air oxidation and two-stage leaching on the inhibition of gold leaching in the process of antimony leaching in alkaline sulfide system was studied in combination with the actual production situation.When 4.5 L/(Lsolution·min)air was injected into the leaching pulp,the leaching rate of Sb was 63% and that of Au was 0.86% after 4 h oxidation leaching.Although the loss rate of gold was reduced,antimony could not be removed to meet the requirements of the cyanidation process.Using the two-stage leaching method,the Sb leaching rate was89%and the Au loss rate was 4.2%,which was 6 percentage point lower than the Au loss rate of the first stage leaching.The loss of gold was reduced while the rate of antimony removal was guaranteed.
