摘要
烟化炉冰铜主要是采用烟化炉处理低品位铜、锡、镍、锌等物料时产生的中间产物,主要含铜、镍、铁、硫等。采用加压酸浸法浸出烟化炉冰铜中的铜和镍,研究了工艺参数粒度、温度、时间、氧分压、液固比等因素对铜、镍、铁浸出率的影响。结果表明,烟化炉冰铜粒度-75μm、温度433K、时间3h、氧分压为0.6 MPa、液固比4、分散剂木质素磺酸钠用量2‰的最佳条件下,铜、镍和铁的平均浸出率分别为98.18%、98.42%和26.46%。
Matte in fuming furnace is an intermediate product produced by fuming furnace to treat low-grade copper,tin,nickel,zinc and other materials,mainly containing copper,nickel,iron,sulfur,etc.Copper and nickel in matte from fuming furnace were leached by pressure acid leaching method.The effects of process parameters such as particle size,temperature,time,oxygen partial pressure and liquid-solid ratio on the leaching rate of copper,nickel and iron were studied.The results showed that the average leaching rates of copper,nickel and iron were 98.18%,98.42%and 26.46%,respectively,under the optimum conditions of particle size-75μm,temperature 433 K,time 3 h,oxygen partial pressure 0.6 MPa,liquid-solid ratio 4 and sodium lignosulfonate dispersant 2‰.
