林业碳汇对江苏省林业产业结构的影响分析

Analysis of Impact of Forestry Carbon Sinks on the Structure of Forestry Industry in Jiangsu Province

采用定量分析,以《全国林业统计资料》、《中国林业统计年鉴》及江苏省历次森林资源连续清查的的数据,进行多元线性回归分析,研究森林碳储量对江苏省林业产业结构的影响。研究表明:江苏省森林碳储量与江苏省林业第一、三产业产值存在负相关性,与江苏省林业第二产业产值存在正相关性。提出了江苏省林业部门应尽快推进林业碳汇项目试点,推动林业碳汇交易市场建立,提高林业碳汇项目对碳排放量的抵消额,要重视林业企业的作用等建议。

This paper used the multiple linear regression analysis to study the impact of forest carbon reserves on the forestry industrial structure of Jiangsu Province,with the help of"national forestry statistics"and"China Forestry Statistics Yearbook"as well as the successive inventory data of forest resources in Jiangsu Province.The results showed that there was a negative correlation between forest carbon reserves and the output value of the first and third industries,and a positive correlation between forest carbon reserves and the output value of the second industry.In order to promote the formation of a reasonable industrial structure in Jiangsu Province,it put forward some suggestions such as giving the Forestry Department of Jiangsu province an independent position,promoting the pilot of forestry carbon sink project as soon as possible,promoting the establishment of forestry carbon sink trading market,increasing the offset of forestry carbon sink project to carbon emissions,and attaching importance to the role of forestry enterprises.
