Problems and Suggestions on the Development of Carbon Sequestration Market in China

发展林业碳汇,是我国实现林业发展,推动低碳经济的重要途径。简要论述我国林业碳汇相关政策与项目活动,对当前碳汇市场发展过程中出现的问题进行分析,提出了从加强政策指导和保险补贴,拓宽林业碳汇项目融资渠道,建立统一的碳汇计量和监测体系和完善林业碳汇交易体系等四个方面改善我国碳汇市场发展现状。

Developing forestry carbon sink is an important way for China to achieve forestry development and promote a low-carbon economy.This article briefly discussed the relevant policies and project activities of China’s forestry carbon sink,and analyzed the problems that arise in the current development process of the carbon sequestration market.Finally,it proposed the measures to improve the current status of carbon sink market,including strengthening policy guidance and insurance subsidies,broadening the financing channels of forestry carbon sink projects,forming a unified carbon sink measurement and monitoring system,improving the forestry carbon sink trading system.
