奥瑞姆自理理论对宫颈癌术后化疗患者负面情绪、自理能力及不良反应的影响

Influence of Orem self-care theory on postoperative negative emotion, self-care ability and adverse reactions in cervical cancer patients with chemotherapy

目的探讨奥瑞姆自理理论对宫颈癌术后化疗患者负面情绪、自理能力及不良反应的影响。方法选取2018年1月~2019年6月我院的50例宫颈癌术后化疗患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各25例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组接受奥瑞姆自理理论护理。比较两组的负面情绪、自理能力及不良反应。结果干预后,观察组的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分[(13.11±3.41)分]、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分[(15.43±4.53)分]均低于对照组[(16.24±4.13)、(21.13±5.26)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的自我护理能力(ESCA)评分高于对照组,不良反应总发生率(16.00%)低于对照组(60.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.5)。结论奥瑞姆自理理论应用于宫颈癌术后化疗患者中可获得良好的护理效果,能够改善患者负面情绪,调动其主观能动性,提高自我护理能力,减少不良反应,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the influence of Orem self-care theory on postoperative negative emotion,self-care ability and adverse reactions in cervical cancer patients with chemotherapy.Methods A total of 50 patients with cervical cancer who underwent postoperative chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the subjects.All the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.Routine nursing was performed in the control group,and Orem self-care theory nursing was performed in the observation group.The negative emotion,self-care ability and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)after intervention in the observation group([13.11±3.41],[15.43±4.53]points)were lower than those in the control group([16.24±4.13],[21.13±5.26]points),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The score of exercise of self-care agency(ESCA)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions(16.00%)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(60.00%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Orem self-care theory in cervical cancer patients with chemotherapy can achieve better nursing effects,improve negative emotion,mobilize subjective initiative,increase self-care ability and reduce adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
