依达拉奉联合丁苯酞软胶囊治疗脑梗死的效果

Effect of Edaravone combined with Butylphthalide Soft Capsules in the treatment of cerebral infarction

目的探讨依达拉奉与丁苯酞软胶囊联合治疗脑梗死的效果。方法选取2018年1月~2019年6月我院收治的100例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,采用简单随机化法将其分为两组,每组各50例。对照组采用依达拉奉治疗,实验组采用依达拉奉与丁苯酞软胶囊联合治疗。分析比较两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应总发生率、神经功能评分、血液生化指标水平。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的神经功能评分、红细胞聚集指数、全血比黏度值均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗后的神经功能评分、红细胞聚集指数、全血比黏度值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脑梗死患者接受依达拉奉与丁苯酞软胶囊联合治疗,能够更好地改善患者的病情,意义重大。

Objective To explore the effect of Edaravone and Butylphthalide Soft Capsules in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019,100 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital were selected as subjects.They were divided into two groups by simple randomization method,with 50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with Edaravone,experimental group was treated with Edaravone combined with Butylphthalide Soft Capsules.The treatment effect,total incidence of adverse reactions,neurological function scores and blood biochemical index levels of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The total effective rate of patients in the experimental group was 94.00%,which was higher than that in the control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The neurological function scores,erythrocyte aggregation indexes and whole blood viscosities of the two groups after treatment were all lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The neurological function score,erythrocyte aggregation index and total blood viscosity of the experimental group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of Edaravone and Butylphthalide Soft Capsules in patients with cerebral infarction can better improve the patients′condition,which is of great significance.
