摘要
目的探讨三腔管在全喉切除手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年9月~2019年10月收治的64例全喉切除手术患者为观察对象,依据对照原则法随机分为对照组(n=32)与观察组(n=32)。对照组采用常规引流管,观察组采用三腔管。比较两组的临床总满意度、不良事件总发生率及切口愈合时间、住院时间。结果观察组的临床总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的切口愈合时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三腔管应用于全喉切除手术中可有效改善患者的临床病症,提高患者满意度,缩短切口愈合时间,促进患者及早出院,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the application effect of three lumen tube in patients undergoing total laryngectomy.Methods A total of 64 cases of total laryngectomy patients admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the observation objects.According to the control principle,they were randomly divided into the control group(n=32)and the observation group(n=32).The control group used conventional drainage tube,the observation group used three lumen tube.The total clinical satisfaction,total incidence of adverse events,wound healing time and hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of three lumen tube in total laryngectomy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve patient satisfaction,shorten the healing time of incision,and promote the early discharge of patients.
