经口腔前庭手术治疗在较大体积甲状腺良性肿瘤患者中的临床应用价值

Clinical application value of transoral vestibular surgery treatment in patients with large-size benign thyroid tumors

目的研究并分析经口腔前庭手术治疗在较大体积甲状腺良性肿瘤患者中的临床应用价值。方法选取我院2017年10月~2019年11月收治的80例较大体积甲状腺良性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,按照区组随机化分组的形式分为对照组(40例)与研究组(40例)。对照组患者行全乳晕入路腔镜手术治疗,研究组患者行经口腔前庭手术治疗。比较两组患者的常规手术指标、术后并发症总发生率以及患者对手术结果的总满意度。结果研究组患者的手术时间为(94.26±26.74)min,短于对照组的(131.05±39.73)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的术中出血量和住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者的并发症总发生率(1.18%)低于对照组(8.24%),患者总满意度(97.65%)高于对照组(88.24%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经口腔前庭手术治疗在保证手术安全的情况下能够进一步缩短手术时间,有利于病情的控制,可降低术后出现并发症的概率,且术后美容效果更佳,患者对手术的结果更满意。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical application value of transoral vestibular surgery treatment in patients with large-size benign thyroid tumors.Methods A total of 80 patients with large-size benign thyroid tumors admitted in our hospital from October 2017 to November 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group(n=40)and the study group(n=40)according to block randomization.The patients in the control group were treated with total areola approach endoscopic surgery,and the patients in the study group were treated with transoral vestibular surgery.The routine operation indexes,the total incidence of postoperative complications and patients′total satisfaction with the operation results were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the study group was(94.26±26.74)min,which was shorter than that of the control group of(131.05±39.73)min,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in in intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was 1.18%,which was lower than that of the control group(8.24%),the patients′total satisfaction of the study group was 97.65%,which was higher than that of the control group(88.24%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the conditions of surgical safety,transoral vestibular surgery can further shorten the operation time,help the control of the disease,reduce the probability of postoperative complications,and the postoperative cosmetic effect is better,and the patients are more satisfied with the results of the operation.
