静脉腔内激光疗法联合疮疡外洗方治疗静脉性溃疡的临床效果

Clinical effect of endovenous laser therapy combined with Chuangyang Waixi Decoction in the treatment of venous ulcer

目的探讨静脉腔内激光疗法联合疮疡外洗方治疗静脉性溃疡的临床效果。方法选择2019年1~12月我院收治的80例静脉性溃疡患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组行静脉腔内激光疗法,观察组在对照组基础上联合疮疡外洗方治疗。比较两组患者的临床症状消失时间、治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的浅静脉曲张、水肿、色素沉着及湿疹样消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应总发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论静脉腔内激光疗法联合疮疡外洗方治疗静脉性溃疡可快速缓解临床症状,且安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of endovenous laser therapy combined with Chuangyang Waixi Decoction in the treatment of venous ulcer.Methods A total of 80 patients with venous ulcer who admitted in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the reseach objects,and they were divided into the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40)according to random number table method.The control group was given endovenous laser therapy,and the observation group was treated with Chuangyang Waixi Decoction based on the control group.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms and the adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of superficial varicose veins,edema,hyperpigmentation and eczematoid reaction in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(5.00%)was lower than that in the control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Endovenous laser therapy combined with Chuangyang Waixi decoction in the treatment of venous ulcer can relieve clinical symptoms and have higher safety.
