桃红四物汤在早期股骨头缺血性坏死髓芯减压植骨术后的应用效果

Application effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction on early avascular necrosis of femoral head after core decompression bone grafting

目的探讨桃红四物汤在早期股骨头缺血性坏死髓芯减压植骨术后的临床应用效果。方法选取2016年1月~2017年5月在我院住院治疗的60例早期股骨头缺血性坏死患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各30例。研究组患者在髓芯减压植骨术后给予桃红四物汤治疗,对照组患者给予髓芯减压植骨术治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、髋关节功能及影像学评价。结果研究组患者的总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者术后3、6、12、24个月的髋关节Harris功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者术后6个月的影像学评价优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桃红四物汤应用于早期股骨头缺血性坏死髓芯减压植骨术后,能有效改善患者的髋关节功能,加快修复,效果显著,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction on early avascular necrosis of femoral head after core decompression bone grafting.Methods A total of 60 patients with early avascular necrosis of femoral head who admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to may 2017 were selected as the study objects and divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The research group was treated with Taohong Siwu Decoction after core decompression bone grafting.The control group was treated with core decompression bone grafting.The clinical effect,hip joint functions and iconography evaluation of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hip Harris function scores of the study group at 3,6,12,24 months after operation were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The iconography evaluation of the study group 6 months after operation was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Taohong Siwu Decoction in early avascular necrosis of femoral head after core decompression bone grafting can effectively improve the hip joint function of patients,speed up recovery,and the effect is remarkable.It is worthy of promotion and application.
