以奥马哈系统指导的延续护理在维持性血液透析患者中的应用效果研究

Study on the application effect of continuous nursing under the guidance of Omaha system in maintenance hemodialysis patients

目的探究以奥马哈系统指导延续护理在维持性血液透析(MHD)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年6~8月我院收治的70例MHD患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组各35例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组给予以奥马哈系统指导的延续护理。比较两组干预前、干预6个月的自我护理能力、生活质量、疾病知识掌握率。结果两组干预前的自我护理能力量表(ESCA)和健康调查简表(SF-36)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预6个月的ESCA评分为(117.26±10.89)分,SF-36评分为(70.69±7.26)分,高于对照组的(95.44±10.52)、(62.66±6.30)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预6个月的疾病知识掌握率(94.29%)高于对照组(65.71%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以奥马哈系统指导的延续护理可提高MHD患者疾病知识掌握程度,改善患者的自我护理能力,提升患者生活质量,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing under the guidance of Omaha System in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients.Methods A total of 70 MHD patients admitted to our hospital from June to August 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given continuous nursing under the guidance of Omaha system.The ability of self-care,quality of life and the rate of mastering disease knowledge were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences between the two groups in the scores of self care ability scale(ESCA)and health survey summary(SF-36)before intervention(P>0.05);the score of ESCA was(117.26±10.89)points and SF-36 was(70.69±7.26)points in the observation group,which were higher than those in the control group of(95.44±10.52)points and(62.66±6.30)points,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The disease knowledge mastery rate of the observation group(94.29%)was higher than that of the control group(65.71%)after 6 months of intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous nursing under the guidance of Omaha system can improve the mastery of disease knowledge,self-care ability and life quality of patients with MHD,which is worthy of clinical application.
