摘要
电商扶贫是实现精准扶贫的重要渠道,皮革与电商相结合已经成为脱贫攻坚的新途径,为适应网络经济下信息技术快速发展,进一步提高人均收入,提出扶贫视角下皮革制品电商创新模式研究。从电商扶贫发展特性,得出现阶段皮革制品发展存在专业人才匮乏、配套设施不完善、品牌化程度低等问题;针对这些问题提出培养对接皮革电商专业人才、构建完整物流配送体系、打造特色品牌的对应解决措施;根据相关性、全面性与重要性等原则,将可持续发展的盈利模式、用户产生内容的挖掘与使用、消费者多重角色扮演等作为创新模式,使皮革制品电商项目成为精准扶贫的有效途径。
E-commerce poverty alleviation is an important channel to achieve targeted poverty alleviation.The combina-tion of leather and e-commerce has become a new way to overcome poverty.In order to adapt to the rapid developrment of information technology under the network economy and further improve the income of human settlements,the innovation mode of leather products e-commerce was put forward from the perspective of poverty alleviation.The characteristics of poverty alleviation and development of e-commerce were analyzed,and the problems in the development of leather products at the present stage were proposed such as lack of professional talents,imperfect supporting facilities and low degree of branding.In view of these problems,the corresponding solutions were suggested,such as training talents of leather e-commerce,building a complete logistics and distribution system,and creating characteristic brands different models and marketing channels.According to the principles of relevance,comprehensiveness and importance,take the sustainable development profit model,user generated content(UGC)mining and use,and consumer multi role play as innovation models,so as to make leather products e-commerce projects become an effective way of targeted poverty alleviation.
