外贸企业发展跨境电商的现状及转型升级对策——以皮革制品企业为例 被引量:32

摘要 随着全球贸易商业模式的革新,越来越多的外贸企业向跨境电子商务方向转型发展,但是受金融危机的影响,外贸企业在转型升级过程中遇到许多瓶颈。为此,以皮革制品为例,研究外贸企业发展跨境电商的现状,提出转型升级对策。以皮革制品相关企业的近年资料为依据,可知目前跨境电商贸易模式主要以B2B和B2C为主,分析跨境电商在国际贸易市场的现状,总结出外贸企业发展跨境电商面对的各种瓶颈,提出具有针对性的转型升级对策:定制跨境电商支持政策、构建高综合性人才结构、消除跨境电子支付安全隐患。对外贸企业转型升级发展有一定的借鉴意义。 With the innovation of the global trade business model,more and more foreign trade enterprises are transforming and developing towards cross-border e-commerce.However,affected by the financial crisis,foreign trade enterprises have encountered many bottlenecks in the process of transformation and upgrading.Taking leather products as an example,the current situation of foreign trade enterprises developing cross-border e-commerce was studied,and the strategies for transformation and upgrading were put forward.Based on the recent data of leather-related enterprises,the current cross-border e-commerce trade model is mainly B2B and B2C.The current situation of cross-border e-commerce in the international trade market was analvzed.The development various bottlenecks were summarized,and targeted transformation and upgrading countermeasures are put forward as follows:customize crossborder e-commerce support policies,build a highly comprehensive talent structure,and eliminate the hidden dangers of cross-border electronic payment security.It provides a reference for the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade enterprises.
