青贮紫苏的营养价值分析及对肉牛瘤胃发酵指标的影响 被引量:1

摘要 试验比较青贮紫苏与未发酵紫苏的常规营养成分含量差异,分析其饲喂价值,并以新褐杂交肉牛为试验对象,饲喂青贮紫苏替代全混合基础日粮中50%的青贮玉米,研究其对新褐杂交肉牛瘤胃发酵指标的影响。试验选择40头体重(202.0±38.5)kg的新褐公牛,随机分为2组,每组20头。对照组饲喂全混合基础日粮,试验组用青贮紫苏替代全混合基础日粮中50%青贮玉米,试验期60 d。结果表明:青贮紫苏较好地保存了紫苏秸秆中蛋白及矿物质元素;与未发酵紫苏相比,青贮紫苏中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维的含量显著降低(P<0.05);日粮中添加青贮紫苏对新褐杂交牛瘤胃发酵指标(pH值、乳酸、微生物蛋白、乙酸、丙酸、丁酸、异丁酸、戊酸、异戊酸、总挥发性脂肪酸)的含量影响不显著(P>0.05);与对照组相比,试验组氨态氮、乙酸/丙酸分别显著降低19.4%、25.4%(P<0.05)。 The differences in the contents of conventional nutrients of silage Perilla and unfermented Perilla were compared,and their feeding values were analyzed.In the study,the silage Perilla was fed to replace the silage corn of 50%in the total mixed base diet,and its effect on rumen fermentation indexes of the new brown hybrid beef cattle were studied.40 young brown bulls with weight of(202.0±38.5)kg were randomly divided into two groups with 20 bulls in each group.The control group was fed with the whole mixed base diet,and the experimental group was fed with silage Perilla instead of silage corn of 50%in the whole mixed base diet.The experimental period was 60 d.The results showed that the contents of protein and mineral elements in Perilla silage straw were well preserved.Compared with unfermented Perilla silage,the contents of Perilla silage neutral washing fiber and acid washing fiber were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Silage Perilla was added in the diet for a new hybrid bovine rumen fermentation in brown indicators(pH,lactic acid,microbial protein,acetic acid,propionic acid,butyric acid,isobutyric acid,valeric acid,isovaleric acid,total volatile fatty acid)content of influence was not significant(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,ammonia nitrogen,acetic acid/propionic acid of experimental group was significantly reduced by 19.4%,25.4%(P<0.05).
