摘要
试验旨在研究日粮添加不同水平的棉籽糖对白羽肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、养分表观消化率和肠道菌群的影响。试验选取144只1日龄科宝肉鸡饲喂基础饲粮14 d,然后将肉鸡随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复6只鸡。试验分生长前期(15~28日龄)和生长后期(29~42日龄)两个阶段进行。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,处理组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.1%(0.1%组)、0.2%(0.2%组)和0.3%的棉籽糖(0.3%组)。结果表明:15~28日龄时,不同水平棉籽糖均可显著降低肉鸡料重比(P<0.05),而29~42日龄时,0.3%组的料重比显著低于其他组(P<0.05)。28日龄,0.2%、0.3%棉籽糖组白羽肉鸡的活体重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且0.2%组的半净膛率和0.3%组的全净膛率较0.1%组均显著提高(P<0.05);42日龄,0.3%组白羽肉鸡的半净膛率及胸肌率显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。0.3%组白羽肉鸡28日龄和42日龄粗蛋白的表观消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。添加棉籽糖能减少白羽肉鸡盲肠中大肠杆菌数量并增加乳酸菌数量,试验组42日龄的菌群数量变化较对照组均达到显著水平(P<0.05),且0.3%组优于0.1%和0.2%组。饲粮中添加一定量的棉籽糖具有降低肉鸡料重比,提高粗蛋白表观消化率及屠宰性能,通过抑制肠道中大肠杆菌和促进乳酸菌增殖改善肠道菌群区系的作用。
The experiment was to study the effect of dietary supplementation with different levels of raffinose on the growth performance,slaughter performance,apparent digestibility of nutrients and intestinal microflora in white-feathered broilers.144 oneday-old Kebao broilers were fed with basic diet for 14 d,and then randomly divided into four treatment groups,with six replicates in each treatment group and six broilers in each replicate.The experiment was divided into two stages:early growth stage(15~28 days old)and late growth stage(29~42 days old).The control group was fed with basic diet and the treatment groups were respectively fed with 0.1%(0.1%group),0.2%(0.2%group)and 0.3%raffinose(0.3%group).The results showed that:at the age of 15~28 d,different levels of raffinose significantly reduced the feed-weight ratio of broilers(P<0.05);while at 29~42 d of age,the feed-weight ratio of 0.3%group was significantly lower than that of other groups(P<0.05).At the age of 28 d,the live weight of 0.2%and 0.3%group was higher than that of control group,and compared to the 0.1%group,0.2%and 0.3%significantly increased the semi-eviscerated weight and eviscerated weight of white-feathered broilers,respectively(P<0.05).At the age of 42 d,compared with other groups,added with 0.3%raffinose could significantly increase the semi-eviscerated weight and the rate of pectoral muscle of whitefeathered broilers(P<0.05).Supplemented with 0.3%raffinose,the apparent digestibility of crude protein was significantly higher than without raffinose group in white-feathered broilers(P<0.05).It could significantly reduce the number of E.coli and increase the number of Lactobacillus in the cecum of white-feathered broilers supplemented with raffinose.At 42 days of age,the change of bacterial population in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and 0.3%addition was better than that 0.1%and 0.2%.In conclusion,the addition of a certain amount of raffinose in the diet can reduce the feed-weight ratio of broilers,improve the apparent digestibility of crude protein and carcass traits,and improve the cecum flora by inhibiting E.coli in the intestine and promoting the proliferation of Lactobacillus.
