摘要
《傅青主女科》中"嫉妒不孕"一篇中认为导致女子不孕的病因病机之一为肝气郁结,与现代疾病多囊卵巢综合征所导致的不孕症之病机有异曲同工之处。探析"嫉妒不孕"内涵的同时分析多囊卵巢综合征所导致不孕症的病理机制,可以为中医治疗多囊卵巢综合征所致不孕提供思路。
In the article "Jealous Infertility" in FU Qingzhu Gynecology,one of the causes and pathogenesis of female infertility is liverqi depression,which is similar to the infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS),a modern disease.This article explores the essence of "jealousy infertility" and the pathological mechanism of infertility caused by PCOS,which provides a new way of thinking for the treatment of infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine,and achieves good clinical effect.
