摘要
目的通过CCD图像采集系统观察胃溃疡模型小鼠自发光光子强度及图像情况,判断胃溃疡造模成功与否。方法 DBA/1J小鼠随机分成空白组(8只)、模型组(8只)。冷水束缚应激法制作胃溃疡模型。采用Guth标准计算溃疡损伤指数,CCD图像采集系统检测小鼠CCD成像情况及光子强度。结果模型组小鼠溃疡损伤指数较空白组差异明显(P<0.05)。CCD成像观察到在注射鲁米诺后,模型组小鼠左上腹部近胃部光子强度明显增强,并可出现白色圆形光团,空白组小鼠无明显改变。模型组小鼠胃部光子强度较空白组差异不明显(P>0.05);空白组小鼠在注射鲁米诺前后光子强度差异不明显(P>0.05);模型组小鼠在注射鲁米诺前后光子强度差异显著(P<0.05);注射鲁米诺后,空白组和模型组光子强度差异显著(P<0.05)。结论确立了UPE技术为观察胃溃疡造模成功的有利手段,对后续针刺治疗胃溃疡的机制研究奠定了基础。
Objective to observe the spontaneous photon intensity and image of gastric ulcer model mice through CCD image acquisition system,and to judge whether the gastric ulcer model is successful or not.Methods DBA/1J mice were randomly divided into blank group (8 mice) and model group (8 mice).Gastric ulcer model was established by cold water confinement stress method.Guth standard was used to calculate ulcer injury index,and CCD image acquisition system was used to detect CCD imaging and photon intensity in mice.Results the ulcer injury index of the model group was significantly different from that of the blank group (P<0.05).CCD imaging showed that after the injection of luminol,the photon intensity of the left upper abdomen near the stomach of the model group was significantly increased,and white round group of light appeared,while that of the blank group was not significantly changed.There was no significant difference in gastric photon intensity between the model group and the blank group (P>0.05).There was no significant difference in photon intensity between the blank group and the blank group (P>0.05).The photon intensity of the model group was significantly different before and after the injection of luminol (P<0.05).After the injection of luminol,there was a significant difference in photon intensity between the blank group and the model group (P<0.05).Conclusion UPE technique has been established as a favorable means to observe the successful modeling of gastric ulcer and lay a foundation for the follow-up study on the mechanism of acupuncture treatment of gastric ulcer.
