子午流注纳子法针刺治疗促进泌乳Ⅱ期乳汁分泌

Clinical study on the Meridian Method for Promoting the Secretion of Breast Milk in Stage Ⅱ Lactation

目的探讨子午流注纳子法针刺治疗促进泌乳Ⅱ期乳汁分泌的临床研究。方法选取2019年7月剖宫产术后、在我科住院的产后缺乳患者67例。采用随机数字表法随机分为针刺组和耳穴组。耳穴组在常规的母乳喂养指导护理下配合贴耳穴治疗,针刺组在常规的母乳喂养指导下配合子午流注纳子法针刺治疗。结果 2组治疗后24 h,48 h乳房充盈度、乳汁分泌量、亲喂行为明显优于治疗前,且针刺组优于耳穴组(P<0.05)。结论子午流注纳子法针刺治疗能有效促进产后机体尽早康复、促进乳汁量的分泌和提高母亲亲喂行为,值得在剖宫产术后尽早推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical study of acupuncture based on point selection by midday-midnight flowing of qi-blood point Nazi method in the positive efficacy of the maternity lactation phase Ⅱ.Methods Sixty-seven cases of postpartum hypogalactia,who cesarean delivered and were hospitalized in July in our district,were divided into two groups on random numbers tables.The control group received ear acupoint therapy and routine breastfeeding nursing care,and the treatment group received acupuncture based on point selection by midday-midnight flowing of qi-blood point Nazi method and routine breastfeeding nursing care.Results The breast filling,breast milk secretion,and feeding behavior of the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment at 24 hours and 48 hour after treatment,and the acupuncture group was better than the ear-only group (P<0.05).Conculusion Acupuncture based on point selection by midday-midnight flowing of qi-blood point Nazi method is effective on postnatal recovery and the level of lactation and the feeding behavior.It is worth popularizing as soon as possible after cesarean section.
