我国少数民族传统体育保护绩效评价量表研制

Development of the Assessment Scale for the Protection of Traditional Minority Sports in China

目前我国少数民族传统体育存在着保护责任主体不清晰、保护方式不系统、保护评价体系不完善等现象.以我国少数民族传统体育评价指标体系和评价量表研制为研究对象,运用问卷调查法、德尔菲法构建了少数民族保护绩效评价指标体系,用层次分析法获得了少数民族传统体育保护绩效的评价指标权重,在各级评价指标权重基础上,研制了少数民族传统体育保护绩效评价量表.

There are some problems in minority sports protection in China,such as unclear responsibility subject,unsystematic protection mode and imperfect protection evaluation system.This paper takes the develoment of the evaluation index system and scale of minority sports in China as the research object,constructs the model tree of the evaluation index system of minority sports protection performance by questionnaire survey and Delphi method,obtains the evaluation index weight of minority sports protection performance by analytic hierarchy process,and develops the performance of minority sports protection on the basis of the evaluation index weight at all levels.The evaluation scale provides theoretical basis and practical reference for the protection and development of minority sports in China.
