Discussion on the Support and Guidance of Urban Design to Regulatory Planning——A Case Study of Regulatory Planning of Chunhua New Town

随着我国城市发展,城乡规划体系日趋完善,从总体规划到详细规划,从法定规划到非法定规划,都从不同层面和角度对城市建设起到指导作用。控制性详细规划属于承上启下的中间层次规划,它是城市建设重要的审批依据。论文阐述了城市设计与控制性详细规划互为补充、互为支撑的关系,并结合实例分析城市设计从哪些角度对控规进行引导和反馈。

With the development of China's cities,the urban and rural planning system is becoming more and more perfect.From overall planning to detailed planning,from statutory planning to non statutory planning,all play a guiding role in urban construction from different levels and angles.Regulatory planning is an intermediate level planning connecting the preceding and the following,which is an important approval basis for urban construction.This paper expounds the relationship between urban design and regulatory detailed planning,which are complementary and supportive to each other,and analyzes from which angles urban design guides and feeds back regulatory planning.
