Research on General Layout of New Building Water Heater Production Workshop Project

随着人民生活水平不断提高,农村城镇化、大中型城市全域城市化进程加快,家用热水器销量稳步上升。大型热水器制造企业通过新建生产基地,优化工艺布局,扩张产能。论文以某企业拟新建热水器生产车间项目为例,介绍了热水器生产工艺,探讨了本项目总平面布局的设计方案比选。

With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,rural urbanization,large and medium-sized cities in the region to accelerate the process of urbanization,domestic water heater sales rose steadily.Large-scale water heater manufacturers through building the new production base,and optimizing process layout to expand the capacity.This paper takes a new water heater production workshop project of an enterprise as an example,introduces the water heater production process,and discusses the design scheme comparison of the general layout of the project.
