平衡重叉车货叉架焊接生产线设计

摘要 随着我国物流业的发展以及“一带一路”倡议的实施,工程机械行业市场发展迅速,各生产企业均扩大产能以适应市场需求。同时,激烈的市场竞争要求生产企业必须提升产品质量,降低生产成本。又恰逢国家“中国制造2025”战略实施,各叉车企业争相进行产业升级,抢占市场。叉车产品工艺相对简单,易于实现自动化、智能化。论文将针对叉车货叉架焊接生产线进行分析研究。 With the development of logistics in China and the propose of“One Belt One Road”,the market developing rapidly and all manufacturers expanding their production capacity to meet the market demand.The growing fierce competition requires them to improve quality and reduce cost.It also coincides with the strategy of“Made in China 2025”,forklift enterprises are scrambling to upgrade their industries and seize the market.The production process of forklift is relatively simple,easy to achieve automation and intelligent.This paper will analyze the fork carriage welding production line.
