设计院对于工艺传统展示方式是采用文字、图片或者图纸向客户介绍,客户难于理解并且无法突出优点,为了更好地展示工艺,急需工艺仿真视频。论文以某项目新能源永磁电机生产线为例,探讨SOLIDWORKS Composer在工艺仿真中的应用。该应用大大提高了非动画专业的工艺人员迅速上手动画制作的能力,提高了项目承接、经营成功率。可以预判在设计图纸时可能存在的问题,减少过程修改,节省工程造价,降低项目的风险。

The design institute uses text,pictures or drawings to introduce the process to customers,which is difficult for customers to understand and can not highlight the advantages.In order to better display the process,process simulation video is urgently needed.Taking a new energy permanent magnet motor production line as an example,this paper discusses the application of SOLIDWORKS Composer in process simulation.This application greatly improves the ability of non animation professionals to quickly start animation production,and improves the success rate of project undertaking and operation.It can predict the problems that may exist in the design drawings,reduce the process modification,save the project cost and reduce the risk of the project.
