Research on Tacit Knowledge Sharing in Virtual Community

【目的/意义】虚拟社区是人们获取知识以及实现隐性知识共享管理的信息平台,是实现知识转移、知识利用及创新和社区成员相互学习的有效模式。通过知识共享管理,将推动虚拟社区向知识型社区过渡和发展。【方法/过程】本文阐述了虚拟社区的特点以及在知识共享管理中的影响因素,又把隐性知识共享的特征及过程进行了详尽的分析,探讨了成员的态度、信任、感知易用性等对知识共享的影响。【结果/结论】结合虚拟社区隐性知识共享的基本理论,从影响隐性知识的贡献、转移、吸收、利用以及创新的过程出发,从成员之间的信任、专业知识、虚拟社区环境建设等方面提出提升知识共享行为与虚拟社区中隐性知识共享的保障措施。

【Purpose/significance】Virtual community is an information platform for people to acquire knowledge and realize tacit knowledge sharing management.It is an effective mode for realizing knowledge transfer,knowledge utilization and innovation,and mutual learning among community members.Knowledge sharing management will promote the transition and development of virtual communities to knowledge-based communities.【Method/progress】This paper provides the characteristics of virtual communities and the influencing factors in knowledge sharing management.The characteristics and process of tacit knowledge sharing are also analyzed in detail.Finally the influence of members’attitude,trust,perceived ease of use and other factors on knowledge sharing are discussed.【Result/conclusion】Based on the theory of tacit knowledge sharing in virtual community,this paper analyzes the trust between members,professional knowledge and virtual community environment construction.Based on these,safeguard measures of tacit knowledge sharing are put forward from the perspectives of contribution,transfer,absorption,utilization and innovation of invisible knowledge.
