摘要
【目的/意义】新冠疫情突发,越来越多的上班族尝试使用线上办公APP居家网上办公,探究线上办公APP用户使用行为的影响因素以及内在作用机理,能够帮助运营商了解用户需求、完善使用功能。【方法/过程】以UTAUT模型为基础,构建线上办公APP用户使用行为的影响因素模型,并通过实证分析对模型进行检验。【结果/结论】数据分析结果表明:社会影响、绩效期望和感知风险通过使用意愿对线上办公APP用户使用行为产生显著影响,促进因素直接作用于使用行为,而努力期望不产生影响。
【Purpose/significance】Due to COVID-19 outbreak,more and more office workers try to use the online office APP to work at home remotely.Exploring the influence factors and internal mechanisms of user behaviour for online office APP could help operators understand users’needs and improve functions.【Method/process】Based on the UTAUT model,an influence factor model for online office APP user behaviour is constructed,and the model is tested through empirical analysis.【Result/conclusion】The data analysis result shows that social impact,performance expectations,and perceived risk have a significant impact on online office APP user behaviour through their willingness to use.The promotion factors directly affect the user behavior,while hard work expectations have no impact.
