摘要
【目的/意义】建立基于多主体协作的智库影响力提升机制,为智库提升自身影响力提出新的思路和实施路径。【方法/过程】采用文献调研与专家访谈方法分析了智库影响力的构成要素、智库影响力影响因素及智库影响力提升过程的相关主体,之后从资源水平、选题把握能力、成果传播能力、受众认可度、成果转化能力、产品市场成熟度6个方面建立了智库影响力提升机制。【结果/结论】构建了多元主体协同视角下智库影响力提升机制,促进智库影响力的全面提升,推动智库充分发挥自身各项社会职能。
【Purpose/significance】This paper aims to establish a influence enhancing mechanism of think tanks based on multi-agent collaboration,and proposes new ideas and implementation paths for think tanks to enhance their own influence.【Method/process】By using the methods of literature research and expert interview,this paper analyzes the elements of think tank influence,the influencing factors of think tank influence and the relevant subjects in the process of think tank influence promotion,and then establishes the mechanism of think tank influence promotion from six aspects:resource level,topic selection ability,achievement dissemination ability,audience recognition,achievement transformation ability and product market maturity.【Result/conclusion】This paper constructs a mechanism to enhance the influence of think tanks from the perspective of multi-agent collaboration,to promote the overall improvement of think tanks’influence,and to promote think tanks to give full play to their social functions.
