Noncommercial Naming and Regionalization Development of British Professional Football Clubs

为实现我国职业足球俱乐部地域化及逐步实现名称非企业化,英国职业足球俱乐部发展经验值得借鉴,为我国职业足球俱乐部相关制度和政策的制定提供全球化视角和理论支撑。通过运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法和PEST分析模型,对英国职业足球俱乐部名称非企业化和地域化发展的历史、现状和深层原因分析,研究发现:1)英国职业足球俱乐部名称多由发源地城市或地区命名,悠久的历史传承着忠诚度颇高的球迷文化,俱乐部名称是其无形资产的重要构成;2)俱乐部拥有场地所有权,使其能充分的发挥场地优势,政府在涉及场馆安全等相关的政策上给予大力支持;3)资产证券化为俱乐部经营提供充足资金和发展空间,公司治理制度的应用规范了俱乐部经营;4)社区足球场地和赛事的标准化是地域化发展的基础,社区足球促进了足球经济、社会、文化的共同发展;5)俱乐部的软硬设施协同发展,观众的观赛体验和比赛场地设施建设是衡量办赛标准的重要指标。这对解决我国职业足球俱乐部实现地域化发展中的现实问题和促进我国足球职业化改革顺利进行具有重要借鉴意义。

In order to explore the regionalization of professional football clubs in China and gradually realize the non-commercialization of their names,it is necessary to learn from the development experience of British professional football clubs,and provide a global perspective and theoretical support for the formulation of relevant systems and policies of professional football clubs in China.By using the literature review,logic analysis and PEST analysis model,this study analyzed the history,current situation and deep reasons of the noncommercial naming and regional development of the British professional football clubs.The results showed that:1)The name of the British professional football clubs are mostly from the birthplace;named after the city or region,the long history inherits the loyal fan culture,the club name is an important component of its intangible assets;2)the club has the ownership of the venue,so that it can give full play to the advantages of the venue,and the government gives strong support to the relevant policies related to the venue safety;3)asset securitization provides sufficient funds and development space for club operation,and the application of corporate governance system standardizes club operation;4)the standardization of community football venues and events is the basis of regional development;community football promotes the common development of football economy,society and culture;and 5)the coordinated development of hardware and software facilities,the spectator experience and the construction of venue facilities are important indicators to measure the standard of hosting a game.These are of great significance to solve the practical problems in the regional development of China’s professional football clubs and to promote the smooth progress of professional reform of China’s football.
