含CL-20的改性双基推进剂冲击波感度 被引量:5

摘要 为了解含CL-20的改性双基推进剂冲击波感度的响应规律,采用隔板试验法研究了高能炸药CL-20含量、粒度、粒度级配及催化剂等对改性双基推进剂冲击波感度的影响。结果表明,在CL-20质量分数0~30%范围内,随着其含量的增加,推进剂的冲击波感度先减小后增大,与不含CL-20时相比呈现降低趋势;含细颗粒CL-20(d50=230nm)的推进剂的冲击波感度小于含等量粗颗粒CL-20(d50=25.12μm)推进剂;当粗细颗粒质量比为3∶1时,推进剂的冲击波感度最低,隔板厚度由粗细质量比为1∶1时的29.26mm降至25.46mm;推进剂配方中添加质量分数3%的C-Pb、C-Cu和CB惰性催化剂时,隔板厚度比不加催化剂时降低1.61mm。 To study the shock wave sensitivity response of modified double-base propellants containing CL-20,the effect of content,particle size and distribution of high energy explosive CL-20,as well as catalysts on the shock wave sensitivity of modified double-base propellant,were investigated by gap test.The results show that the shock wave sensitivity of the propellant decreases first and then increases with the increase of CL-20 content,and the overall trend shows a downward trend compared to that without CL-20.The shock wave sensitivity of propellant with fine particle size of CL-20(d50=230nm)is smaller than that of the counterpart with coarse particle size of CL-20(d50=25.12μm).When the mass ratio of the coarse particles to fine particles is 3∶1,the shock wave sensitivity of the propellant is the lowest,reduced from 29.26mm with the mass ratio of coarse to fine particles 1∶1 to 25.46mm.Adding 3%mass fraction of inert C-Pb,C-Cu,and CB catalyst into the formulation can reduce the thickness of the gap by 1.61mm compared to that without catalysts.
