摘要
前动力蛋白(prokineticin,PK)是从蛙类和蛇毒中提取出来的一对有着极高相似度的调节肽,早期作为一种具有促进肠道收缩作用的小分子蛋白质而被熟知。近年来,越来越多的研究发现,PK及其受体在睾丸、前列腺、子宫、卵巢、胎盘组织中均有表达并参与维持其正常的生理功能。该文回顾了近年来国内外相关报道,对PK及其受体在生殖系统中发挥的作用进行综述,为临床诊治生殖系统疾病提供新的思路。
Prokineticin(PK),known as small-molecule proteins that promote intestinal contraction,are a pair of highly similar regulatory peptides extracted from frogs and snake venom.In recent years,more and more studies have confirmed the existence of PK and their receptors in testis,prostate,uterus,ovary,and placental tissues and its participation in maintaining their normal physiological functions.The effects of PK and their receptors for reproductive system disorders are mainly summarized in this research,which provides new ideas for exploring the pathological mechanism and therapeutic strategies of reproductive system diseases.
