注意力集中引导法联合专项口咽康复操对阿尔茨海默症吞咽障碍患者的影响分析

Analysis of the effect of attention and guidance combined with special oropharyngeal rehabilitation exercises on people with dysphagia in Alzheimer's disease

目的分析注意力集中引导法联合专项口咽康复操对阿尔茨海默症吞咽障碍患者的影响。方法将注意力集中引导法联合专项口咽康复操应用前(2019年1月~6月)和应用后(2019年7月~12月)入住于我院的阿尔茨海默症吞咽障碍患者各54例为研究对象,应用前后分别设为对照组和试验组。对照组接受常规口咽肌群训练干预。试验组在此基础上加用注意力集中引导法联合专项口咽康复操干预。并对两组干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果试验组干预后康复训练依从率、治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用注意力集中引导法联合专项口咽康复操对阿尔茨海默症吞咽障碍患者施以康复护理,有利于提高康复训练依从率,改善吞咽障碍程度。

Objective To analyze the effect of attention and guidance combined with special oropharyngeal exercises on people with dysphagia in Alzheimer's disease.Methods The attention-focusing method combined with the special oropharyngeal fitness exercises before and after application(January-June 2019)and after application(July-December 2019)in Alzheimer's disease patients with dysphagia 54 cases were research samples.The cases before and after application were set as the control group and the test group.The control group received routine oropharyngeal muscle training intervention.On the basis of this,the test group added attention and guidance method combined with special oropharyngeal health exercises.Compare the observation indexes of the two groups after intervention.Results Alzheimer's dysphagia patients in the experimental group after intervention were significantly higher than the control group in rehabilitation training compliance rate and total effective rate of dysphagia treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Using attention and guidance method combined with special oropharyngeal exercises to provide rehabilitation care for people with dysphagia in Alzheimer's disease is conducive to improving the compliance rate of rehabilitation training and improving the degree of dysphagia.
