孙中山海洋观及其对海洋强国建设的启示

Sun Yat-sen’s Ocean View and Its Enlightenment to the Building of a Maritime Power

19世纪末20世纪初,孙中山在探索中国民主革命道路的过程中也给予海洋足够的关注,形成了较为系统的海洋观。随着民主革命实践的不断发展,孙中山海洋观经历了从萌芽到形成再到成熟的演进过程。其海洋观主要包括唤醒国民海洋意识、收复海关管理权、建设强大海军、发展海洋经济等。孙中山海洋观对培养新时代国民的海洋意识、树立新海洋观、提升国际海洋话语权、建设世界一流海军、推进共建“一带一路”仍具有重要的借鉴意义。

At the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century,Sun Yat-sen also paid enough attention to the ocean while exploring the road of Chinese democratic revolution,and formed a more systematic ocean view.With the continuous development of the democratic revolution practice,Sun Yat-sen's ocean view has undergone an evolution process from germination to formation and then to maturity.The contents of his ocean concept mainly include:(1)awakening national ocean awareness;(2)regaining customs management power;(3)building a powerful navy;(4)developing ocean economy.Sun Yat-sen’s ocean concept still possesses important reference significance for guiding the new era to improve national maritime awareness,establishing a new ocean view,enhancing international maritime discourse rights,building a world-class navy,and promoting the joint construction of the"Belt and Road"initiative.
