摘要
企业新型学徒制的推出,旨在解决高职院校培养的技术技能人才与企业人才需求技能匹配不精确的问题。从企业视角下审视政策实施效果,梳理实施难点,研究如何解决政策初衷与企业实际需要之间的不对称问题,显得尤为重要。
The introduction of the new apprenticeship system in enterprises aims to solve the problem of conflicts among technical talents,talent training in higher vocational colleges,and the skills required by enterprises.It is particularly important to examine the effect of policy implementation from the perspective of enterprises,sort out the implementation difficulties,and study how to solve the asymmetry between the original intention of policies and the actual needs of enterprises.
