旅游企业人才需求特征调查研究

Research on the Characteristics of Talent Demand in Tourist Enterprisesby Questionnaire

在旅游需求转变后旅游行业呈现新业态的背景下,作者用问卷调查的方式对旅游企业需要的人才特征进行了调查。文章对调查结果进行分析发现,当前旅游企业对旅游人才的综合素养要求提升,更需要专业技能强的新型旅游人才。通过这一研究,试图为旅游人才培养方案的设计、课程体系的改革、教学方式的转变提供支撑。

The author of this thesis investigates the characteristics of talents needed by tourism enterprises by questionnaire.It is based on the analysis of the new tourism situation,after the transformation of tourism demand.This paper analyses the result of the investigation.The tourism enterprises’requirements of comprehensive literacy for talent have been raised.They now need new-type tourist talents with strong professional skills more.This research tries to provide some supports for the design of the tourism talent cultivation program,the reform of the curricula system,and the transformation of teaching methods.
