为了更加专业、高效地做好高校食堂的经营管理工作,目前许多高校都采用外包方式,将学生和教职工食堂承包给后勤集团或餐饮企业进行经营管理。但食堂外包并不意味着一劳永逸,高校要做到更好地服务师生,就必须加强对外包后食堂经营管理情况的审计监督。

To better the operation and management of university canteens more professionally and efficiently,many colleges and universities have adopted the outsourcing model,contracting the canteens of students and faculty to logistics groups or catering enterprises for operation and management.However,canteen outsourcing does not mean doing things once and for all.To better the service for teachers and students,colleges and universities must strengthen the audit and supervision of canteen management after outsourcing.
