摘要
基于厚板坯连铸机结晶器漏钢预报专家系统的工作原理,对影响结晶器漏钢预报专家系统漏钢预报准确率的原因进行分析,提出并实施相应的技术改进措施,使连铸机结晶器漏钢预报专家系统的误报率得到大幅度减降低,为连铸机生产的稳定性和铸坯表面质量控制奠定了坚实基础。
Based on the working principle of the expert system for mould breakout prediction of heavy slab continuous caster,the causes affecting the accuracy of breakout prediction of the expert system are analyzed,and the corresponding technical improvement measures are put forward and implemented.The false alarm rate of the expert system for mould breakout prediction of the continuous caster is greatly reduced,which lays a solid foundation for the production stability of the continuous caster and the surface quality control of the slab.
