摘要
汽车各零部件与车身的间隙面差是评价汽车制造精确度的重要因素,直接影响汽车的制造质量。随着汽车豪华型的提高,越来越多的车辆选择AB型尾灯的形式,但是在实际生产中AB尾灯的间隙面差配合非常复杂,经常出现各种尺寸问题,本文主要以奔驰GLB车型为例,详细阐述了一种新型的AB灯间隙面差控制策略,并应用DOE的设计在白车身阶段模拟成车的最终状态,有效的提高了产品一次性合格率,同时也减少了AB灯间隙面差、间隙问题的返修。此种方法的应用在国内外各车型设计、量产阶段的质量控制均具有较强的推广型。
The gap and surface aberration between various parts of an automobile and the body is an important factor to evaluate the accuracy of automobile manufacturing,which directly affects the quality of automobile manufacturing.With the improvement of luxury cars,more and more vehicles choose the form of AB taillights.However,in actual production,the clearance and surface difference of AB taillights are very complicated,and various size problems often occur.This article mainly focuses on Mercedes-Benz GLB models.For example,a new type of AB lamp gap control strategy is explained in detail,and the final state of the car is simulated in the BIW stage using the DOE design,which effectively increases the one-time pass rate of the product and reduces the repair of the AB lamp gap caused by gap and surface aberration problems.The application of this method can be promoted widely in the quality control of the design and mass production stages of various models at home and abroad.
