摘要 机械手臂在目前的机械制造行业可以说是相当有名的一种设备,在自动化高速生产线上,机械手臂已经是一种不可或缺的设备。它的灵活性是生产制造中非常可贵的一种性能,再加上惯性比较小,这样就保证机械手臂可以完全取代人工,被应用在生产线上。不论是大型生产线还是小的机床都可以使用机械手臂,它的使用使整个生产设备的效率和质量得到了提高。机械手臂主要附在机床的桁架结构上,然后通过分析机械手臂在生产工作中的作用,布置方案和动力部件成,最终完成机床上的桁架机械手设计方案,并且在整个机械制造行业中。机械手臂的应用,大大提升了生产线的自动化程度,代替了人工,也保证了生产过程中的安全性和稳定性。 The robotic arm can be said to be a well-known equipment in the current machinery manufacturing industry.In the automated high-speed production line,the robotic arm is already an indispensable device.Its flexibility is a very valuable performance in manufacturing,coupled with its relatively small inertia,which ensures that the robotic arm can completely replace manual labor and be applied to the production line.Whether it is a large production line or a small machine tool,the robotic arm can be applied.Its application improves the efficiency and quality of the entire production equipment.The robot arm is mainly attached to the truss structure of the machine tool,and then through the analysis of the role of the robot arm in the production work,the layout plan and the power components are formed,and the truss manipulator design plan on the machine tool is finally completed,and in this way the robotic arm is used in the entire machinery manufacturing industry.The application of mechanical arms has greatly improved the degree of automation of the production line,replaced manual labor,and ensured the safety and stability of the production process.
