汽车涂装水性免中涂工艺的应用探讨

摘要 在当今大力倡导节能减排发展观念的背景下,汽车生产工艺也要紧跟时代发展的脚步,逐渐做出创新,在这其中汽车涂装水性免中涂工艺便是较为经典的例子。汽车生产加工中运用这一工艺技术,可以对环境起到良好的保护作用,同时可以实现相关材料的有效节约。相较于以往所采用的三涂两烘工艺而言,这一工艺流程更加简单,减少了其中的众多工序,使用的涂装材料相对较少,有效缩减了企业生产成本的实际投入,并明显提高了生产加工效率,电泳层厚度增加,加强了喷涂质量,促进了汽车喷涂工业的良好发展,起到了十分关键的作用。同以往生产工艺相比较,节约了很多涂装材料,同时降低了有机物质的实际排放量,减小了涂装生产对环境所造成的污染。基于此,本文首先介绍了汽车涂装水性免中涂工艺的优势,研究了汽车涂装水性免中涂工艺的应用,论述了实际应用汽车涂装水性免中涂工艺需要注意的相关问题,期望能对水性免中涂工艺的实际应用起到一定借鉴意义。 Under the background of vigorously advocating the development concept of energy saving and emission reduction,automobile production technology must keep up with the development of the times and gradually make innovations.Among them,the water-based intermediate coating-free process of automobile coating is a classic example.The use of this process technology in automobile production and processing can play a good role in protecting the environment and at the same time achieve effective savings in related materials.Compared with the three-coating and two-baking process used in the past,this process is simpler,reducing many of the processes,using relatively few coating materials,effectively reducing the actual investment in the production cost of the enterprise.Obviously the efficiency of the production and processing is improved,the thickness of the electrophoretic layer is increased,the quality of spraying is enhanced,and the good development of the automobile spraying industry is promoted,which plays a very key role.Compared with the previous production process,it saves a lot of coating materials,at the same time reduces the actual discharge of organic substances and the environmental pollution caused by coating production.Based on this,this article first introduces the advantages of the water-based intermediate coatingfree process for automotive coatings,studies the application of the water-based intermediate coating-free process for automotive coatings,and discusses the relevant issues that need to be paid attention to in the practical application of the water-based intermediate coating-free process for automotive coatings.The paper can provide a certain reference significance for the practical application of the water-based intermediate coating-free process.
