摘要
在汽车模具交付过程中经常会遇到冲压件产品在汽车装配时出现匹配效果超标等问题,都需要对模具冲压件进行分析并对模具工作镶块进行局部修改,涉及到修边线局部修改,翻边镶块回弹量矫正等问题,都需要对修边镶块或翻边镶块需要补焊后加工,以达到满足这一要求。Cr12MoV镶块现场焊接工艺可以快速解决Cr12MoV镶块局部补焊问题。结果表明,Cr12MoV镶块现场焊接工艺,能有效提高现场模具整改效率,镶块不开裂,硬度满足使用要求,在冲压车间现场缺乏热处理加热箱式炉等资源时尤为适合。
In the process of automobile mold delivery,we often encounter the problem of excessive matching effect of stamping products in automobile assembly.So it is necessary to analyze the stamping parts of the mold and modify the mold working inserts,involving local modification of the trimming line,the correction of the flange insert springback and other issues,which all need to repair the edge insert or flange insert after repair welding to meet this requirement.The on-site welding process of Cr12MoV inserts can quickly solve the problem of local repair welding of Cr12MoV inserts.The results show that the on-site welding process of Cr12MoV inserts can effectively improve the efficiency of on-site mold rectification,and the inserts will not crack,and the hardness meets the requirements of use.It is especially suitable when resources such as heat treatment heating box furnaces are lacking in the stamping workshop.
