In recent years,customers have increasingly higher requirements for various aspects of automobile performance.Especially for car doors with a very high usage rate,whether the closing process is light and flexible is one of the items that customers experience with high frequency and attention.This article mainly analyzes the problem of high closing force of the four doors of a certain model,summarizes the factors that affect the closing force,and selects an optimized solution to solve the problem of large closing force.The door closing force of other models can also refer to this article for analysis,which is beneficial for the optimization plan to improve the time and efficiency,and reduce the occurrence of defective rates.
