汽车非燃油相关材料蒸发排放物质分析研究

Study and Analysis of Evaporative Emissions of Automobile Non-fuel-related Parts and Materials

基于某车型整车份样品进行非燃油相关部件及材料的蒸发污染物排放及污染物浓度及种类分析,其中包括白车身、车身部件、底盘、电气、动力、轮胎、内饰件及座椅8大系统部件。结果表明:非燃油相关的部件的蒸发污染物排放值可占国标限值0.64g;不加燃油的整车产生的主要蒸发污染物为苯、二甲苯、乙苯、甲基异丁基甲酮以及醇类等物质,其中苯、二甲苯、乙苯等物质主要来源于橡胶管、汽车密封条、地毯织物、隔音隔热垫、座椅的皮革发泡等、车身胶类、阻尼垫等部件;甲基异丁基甲酮是由轮胎提供的污染物。同时,进一步从物质分析、来源排查及削减定位这一过程提出了相应的管控削减方案。

The emission test and substance type analysis of evaporative pollutants for non-fuel related parts and materials of vehicle were carried out.These include eight body components:body-in-white,body parts,chassis,electrical,power,tires,interior parts and seats.The results show that the emission value of evaporative pollutants from non-fuel-related components can account for the national standard limit of 0.64g;the main evaporative pollutants produced by non-fuel-related vehicles are benzene,xylene,ethylbenzene,methyl isobutyl ketone,and alcohol.Materials such as benzene,xylene,ethylbenzene,etc.are mainly derived from rubber tubes,car seals,carpet fabrics,sound insulation pads,leather foaming of seats,body rubber,damping pads and other components;Isobutyl ketone is a pollutant provided by tires.At the same time,a corresponding management and reduction plan was proposed from the process of material analysis,source investigation and reduction positioning.
