摘要
本文针对多功能抢险救援车上配备的多种作业属具,而每一种作业属具工作时对液压系统的流量和压力需求各不相同,提出了基于RFID技术的多功能抢险救援车作业属具的自动识别和管理控制系统,对利用RFID技术解决多功能抢险救援车作业属具的管理解决方案进行了概述,并设计RFID读写器的作业属具自动识别控制原理图,最后分析了将RFID技术应用在多功能抢险救援车作业属具自动识别的优势。
This article focuses on a multi-functional rescue vehicle based on RFID technology for the various work attachments equipped on the multifunctional rescue vehicle,and each work attachment has diff erent requirements for the fl ow and pressure of the hydraulic system when working.The automatic identification and management control system of work attachments,and the use of RFID technology to solve the management solutions of multi-functional rescue vehicle work attachments are summarized,and the work attachment automatic identifi cation control schematic diagram of RFID readers is designed,and fi nally the advantages of applying RFID technology to the automatic identifi cation of multifunctional rescue vehicle operating attachments are analyzed.
